🐾 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be:

Unused
Unwashed
In their original packaging
Free of pet hair, odors, or damage

🔁 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We’re happy to exchange it (if in stock). Just reach out and we’ll help arrange it.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:

Sale or clearance items
Opened treats or grooming products

🐶 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
